My teammate Suryakanth S P and I secured the Overall Runner-Up position in IDC 2024 - Product Design among 33,000 participants from 800 colleges across India. The competition involved five rounds, including AutoCAD part drawing, SolidWorks modeling, and industry expert interviews. In the grand finale, we designed a functional 3D model of an electric wheelchair, competing against the top 8 teams. Representing GCE Salem, our team earned the Runner-Up title and a cash prize of INR 50,000.

I secured 1st place in both the Quiz Competition and the Skit Competition organized by the BIS Coimbatore Branch. The awards and certificates were presented on World Standards Day 2024, making the achievement even more significant. Thanks to my peers for their support throughout the competition.

We, the cadets of GCE NCC, secured the Overall Winner Cup at the Combined Annual Training Camp 1 (CATC 1 2023) held at Excel Engineering College, Komarapalayam, competing against 17 colleges. Our dedication, teamwork, and discipline led us to this proud achievement, reflecting our commitment to excellence and the core values of the National Cadet Corps.

Continuing our success, we won the Overall Winner Cup once again at CATC 1 (2024), competing against 16 colleges. In addition to securing the overall championship, we achieved 1st place in the drill competition and 2nd place in overall academics. Organized by 5TN AIR SQN (TECH) NCC, this marks our second consecutive victory, reinforcing our dedication to excellence.
